We’re a small, hardworking team based in Delaware, Ohio, and we’ve spent years perfecting the craft of creating clean, accurate stitch files that run smoothly on any machine. We know how much time, money, and stress a bad digitized file can cause which is why we stay laser-focused on doing things right the first time.
We actually care about the work we deliver. Every design is reviewed carefully, every detail is checked, and we never rush through a job just to move on to the next. Our goal is to make your design look its best when it hits the machine — no broken stitches, no messy outlines, and no guesswork.
Our turnaround time is fast, usually 5 to 6 hours, and we keep communication simple. You can message us anytime, send us any artwork format you have, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you need small edits, they’re free. If you’re placing bulk orders, we’ll look after you with special pricing.
