We offer three subscription plans to suit your needs: BASIC, STANDARD and PREMIUM. We also offer our Pay-As-You-Go plan for those who do not wish to commit to a monthly subscription.
Our flexible subscription plan includes general terms and conditions that you must go through before any agreement:
- You can always switch to any plan of your choice depending on your current requirement.
- Unused designs will not be used in the next month.
- Any design that is not included in your package will attract the rates as indicated on the price list here.
- This means that minor changes like color changes or even format changes are recognized but where there is a major change, it is considered different design.
- Discontinue is applicable for subscription plans only and you cannot offer multiple discounts simultaneously unless with the permission of our team.
- If you become inactive for a long time you may notice that your subscription was put on hold for a certain period of time.

Embroidery Digitizing: The process of conversion of artwork in to embroidery files that can be used in machines for producing clothes.
Vector Art Conversion: Converting images into high quality vectors for use in websites, marketing materials, advertising, and any application where large crisp lines are required.
Custom Patches: Cutting and sewing embroidered patches according to your requirements.
Specialized Techniques: Expertise in 3D puff, appliqué, tiny letters, sequin, monograms, chenille, quilt, badge, cross-stitch, jacket back, left chest and cap designs.
Design Editing: Providing resizing, color changes, and file format adjustments for submitted designs.

In addition, your responsibilities are to submit clear and complete instructions with high-resolution artwork to get what you just designed. However, if you think you missed any detail or any addition is required please contact us immediately before it gets done.
Design Detail
Accuracy Always Matters
Be careful while sending unclear and incomplete files which may affect the final product. As we will not be taking any of your mistakes to us.
To save yourself from any of the mistakes our recommended formats include JPG, PNG, AI, and PDF. Please make sure all necessary details such as thread colors and dimensions are included.
Design Limit
Each subscription plan or package specifies the number of designs included. If the designs exceed the package limit then it will be charged at an affordable per-design rate.
In addition, minor edits such as color changes are included but major modifications may count as separate designs.
How to Submit a File and Receive the Design
You will be able to submit your Artwork by following 4 quick steps:
Step 1: Upload Your Design
Use the upload feature on our website or email your file to support@californiadigitizing.com.
Step 2: Provide Complete Details
Share all necessary information including dimensions, thread colors, preferred file format and any specific instructions.
Step 3: Design Digitization
Our team will process your file and make sure it meets your specifications and is ready for production.
Step 4: Receive Your Completed Design
Once completed, we’ll send the digitized file to your email or make it available for download in your account. Review it and let us know if any changes are needed.
Quotes
Submit your design details to receive a no-fees quote. There might be slight change in price in case of design complexity, size, and required turnaround time. All costs are communicated upfront before proceeding further.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal, Stripe, and major credit/debit cards. Full payment is required upon approval of the completed design. No upfront payments are needed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
The last payment was made within the previous 7 days.
No designs were delivered during the specified timeframe.
Submit refund requests to support@californiadigitizing.com for review.
Refund Process
Refunds are not available for issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer submissions.
However, Dissatisfied customers can contact us within 7 days to resolve any concerns. Our team will make every effort to address your issues.
Order Delivery
Files are typically delivered within 6-8 working hours. For urgent projects, files can be delivered within 3-4 hours for an additional fee.
Please note that embroidery file will be sent after payment is received. However, the production sheet will be shared beforehand. This sheet offers a clear visual preview of how your design will appear once completed, showing important details such as color schemes, stitch patterns, design dimensions, and more.
Turnaround
Designs are completed within 6-8 hours. Meanwhile, urgent orders are delivered within 3-4 hours depending on complexity of the design.
Design Editing
Adjustments such as resizing or format changes are free of charge. However, extensive revisions may incur additional charges which will be communicated beforehand.
However, sometimes small mistakes can happen with spelling or design and we want to make sure everything is perfect for you. Please take a moment to double-check everything before we move forward with production.
If you spot anything that doesn’t look right, just let us know. We’ll take care of it at no extra cost and keep working until you’re happy with the end product.
Multiple Sizes
Designs created in multiple sizes require extra work and may incur charges. Please specify all required sizes when submitting your artwork.
Design Complexity
Complex patterns, high stitch counts, and large designs may incur higher fees. For example: Basic text or logos are charged at standard rates while jacket back or cap designs may require additional fees.
Changing in Prices
Please be clear about the prices as they may change based on market conditions or operational costs. We will inform customers of price changes at least 30 days in advance.
Limitation of Liability
You are responsible to make all submissions accurate and complete. We are not responsible for errors arising from unclear or incomplete instructions.
We are not liable for delays caused by external factors, such as technical issues or high demand.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our services. We will post updates on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Copyright and Ownership
Client Retains Ownership: The client retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to their original artwork.
California Digitizing Rights: California Digitizing retains the right to use the digitized files as samples in its portfolio and for marketing purposes (without disclosing any confidential client information).
