Frequently Asked Questions
Your most common questions answered clearly and simply.
1. What exactly is embroidery digitizing?
Embroidery digitizing is the process of turning your logo or artwork into a stitch file that embroidery machines can read. We convert it into a clean, machine-ready format so it stitches smoothly.
2. How long does it take to get my design?
Our usual turnaround time is 5–6 hours. If you need it faster, just let us know — we do our best to accommodate rush orders.
3. What file formats do you accept?
You can send almost anything: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG. If the image isn’t perfect, don’t worry, we can clean it up.
4. What file formats will I receive?
We deliver DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, and more. Just tell us your machine brand if you aren’t sure.
5. Can you digitize low-quality images?
Yes. If your artwork is blurry or small, we will clean it up or redraw it before converting it.
6. Do you offer vector art services?
Yes! We convert designs into scalable vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) for printing and engraving.
7. Do you offer free edits?
Yes, minor edits (color adjustments, small size changes) are free. Larger design changes may have a small fee.
8. How much do you charge?
Pricing depends on complexity and size. We offer standard pricing for single orders and discounts for bulk batches.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit cards. We can also provide business invoices upon request.
10. Will my design be kept private?
Yes. Your designs stay confidential. We never use client artwork for marketing unless you give explicit permission.
11. Can you digitize small text?
Yes — but there are limits depending on the fabric. If it won’t stitch cleanly, we’ll suggest the best adjustment.
12. Do you test the designs?
We manually review all files. Sew-outs are available upon request, but our precision ensures clean stitching.
13. How do I send my design?
Upload via our Get Quote page or email directly to: [email protected]
14. What if I’m not happy with the result?
Tell us and we’ll fix it. We stand behind our work and ensure you’re completely satisfied.
15. Which industries do you serve?
Embroidery shops, print shops, clothing brands, patch companies, and individuals. If it needs stitches, we can help.
