Refund & Revision Policy

At California Digitizing, we do our best to make sure every file you receive is clean, accurate, and ready to run on your machine. We know you’re trusting us with your designs, and we take that seriously. This page explains how we handle revisions and refunds in a straightforward, no-nonsense way.

Revisions

Most of the time, small tweaks are part of the process and we never charge for those. This includes things like:

  • Changing thread colors
  • Adjusting the size a bit
  • Fixing minor details
  • Swapping a name or small text

If something in the stitch file isn’t stitching quite right, just tell us. We’ll take another look and fix it for you. No stress, no extra charges.

If you need major changes like redesigning big parts of the artwork or completely reworking the logo, we may add a small fee. But we’ll always talk to you first so there are no surprises.

Refunds

Since every digitized file and vector design is made specifically for your order, refunds work differently than normal “buy and return” products.

You can get a refund if:

  • We aren’t able to complete your design.
  • The artwork is technically impossible and we can’t offer a workable solution.
  • You cancel before we start working on your order.

Refunds aren’t possible when:

  • The file has already been created and delivered.
  • You change your mind after we finish the work.
  • The instructions or artwork provided weren’t correct or complete.
  • The design needs major changes that weren’t mentioned at the start.

That being said we’re reasonable people. If something genuinely isn’t right, talk to us. We’ll always do what we can to help.

Our Promise

We check every design carefully before sending it out. If your file doesn’t stitch the way it should, reach out and we’ll fix it. We want your final result to look good that’s the whole point of what we do.
